I have registered at the end of August, 2022. Everything was brand new as i was never played cyclijgmanager game before. I take a look for the manual visited all pages etc… so itried to do a good start.
I have done the obvoius steps, llike signed up for a race to have look how does it going and befside that i contacted the national coach of Hungary - silenzio- a very experienced plyer, who helped me a lot! I would like to thank his huge support even now!
I had some success right at the beggining as i have started in the 11th division, where to be honest the competition was quite a low one. I achived during the first month 6 wins (3x11 div, 1x8div, 2x7 div) and 5 other top three position. Lastly i reached the 6th div.
Of course i have countinously hunted for cyclist who can help me even in higher divisions. My starting captain Baki Gy?z? was a good climer so i searched primary for helper to him - i was quite succesfull as i have bought 4 released cyclist with AV value between 40-43. So now have quite a good team for mountain routes. Beside the i have bought Miguel Leona, a veteran cobbles specialist. He already had two wins in 8th and 7th div, but without real helpers he had low chance in current div.
I scouted my young talents and have found that Sóthy Dénes has an incredibly potential in climbing and quite good in other so we started to train him and hoping in an AV value near to 50. Beside him we have some other proespect which will be sold via direct sales (i get my wildcard!).
To boost our performance the team invested in cheap boosters. We plan to do it further, but currently training and new cyclists are more important.
So money can go several places, but fortunately we had found some inflow as well. We set sponsors, doing some extra jobs, moreover we opened a merchandizeshop. We collected a huge amount only witht he division changes. And prize money was significant as well - we are afraid that these last two item will spdecrease in higher divisions, but we do our best!
Of course i have learned about DP and RS and how to maintain them. Tied to figure out tactical opportunities. And many more staff, as forum, etc.
Now i arrived to the stage to form my strategy considering the rukes and conditions i have learned. Looks like an interesting experience to ovetake players with 10+ RL experience and background - nice challange, but i like it.

You have had a very good first month, nice to see you already got help from a Div1 manager. Hope you'll join him there eventually. ;)
